We are proud to announce the release of Guer­rilla Car­dio for the iPhone and iPod touch. Guer­rilla Car­dio imple­ments the best known HIIT train­ing pro­gram devel­oped by Ph.D. Izumi Tabata and his col­leagues from National Insti­tute of Health & Nutri­tion in Tokyo, Japan.
